This Privacy Policy (the "Policy") is published by zekmac Technologies Pte. Ltd. ("zekmac", "we", or the "Company") and applies to all data processing activities between you and us through this website, console, API, and related client software (collectively, the "Service").

By registering an account or using the Service, you are deemed to have fully understood and unconditionally accepted all terms of this Policy.If you disagree with any part of this Policy, please immediately stop using the Service and close your account. Refusing to provide necessary information may result in inability to use the Service; we bear no responsibility for this.

To provide the Service and fulfill compliance obligations, we may collect the following categories of information (including but not limited to):

• Account & identity information:Registered email, username, password hash, phone number (if applicable), company name, and billing contact information
• Transaction & financial information:Order records, payment flows, invoices, refunds, and collection records; payment data is processed by PCI-DSS certified third-party gateways; we retain transaction records for financial auditing for a minimum of 7 years
• Usage & operation logs:SSH/VNC connection records (including source IP, timestamps, session duration), console operation logs, API call records, bandwidth and CPU statistics, and full ticket and support conversation history — retained for a minimum of 730 days by default
• Network & device information:IP address, browser type and version, operating system, cookie identifiers, device fingerprint, HTTP Referer, and page behavior data
• Compliance & security information:Anti-fraud scores, anomaly flags, law enforcement cooperation materials, and security incident investigation records

We and our third-party analytics partners may automatically collect behavioral data via cookies, pixel tags, local storage, and similar technologies for service optimization, security monitoring, and business analytics.

We may use the information we collect for the following purposes, among others (without requiring additional consent):

• Providing, maintaining, improving, and personalizing our Service
• Identity verification, anti-fraud, compliance review, and security monitoring
• Billing, renewal, collections, and financial reconciliation
• Sending invoices, expiry reminders, system announcements, marketing promotions, and product updates (system notifications cannot be disabled)
• Data analytics, user profiling, capacity planning, and business decisions
• Complying with legal and regulatory obligations and responding to lawful requests from government agencies, regulatory authorities, or judicial bodies
• Protecting the legitimate interests of zekmac and its affiliates

We do not sell your personal information to unrelated third parties. However, we may share or disclose your information in the following circumstances,without prior notice or consent：

• Affiliates:zekmac Group subsidiaries and affiliated entities following mergers or acquisitions
• Service providers:Data center hosting, CDN, payment processing, email/SMS, customer service, and security audit partners
• Legal compliance:As required by applicable law, court orders, government agency directives, or regulatory requirements
• Business transfers:In mergers, asset sales, restructurings, or bankruptcy proceedings, information may be transferred as a business asset
• Security protection:To investigate, prevent, or address security threats, illegal activities, or violations of the Terms of Service

Information may be transferred to overseas data centers in Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan, the United States, and other locations for processing. Continued use of the Service constitutes consent to cross-border transfers. We are not jointly liable for third-party data processing.

Data is stored in global data centers of our choosing. After account closure, billing records are retained for 7 years; operation logs for 2 years; other data is typically deleted within 90 days, unless otherwise required by law or needed for dispute resolution.

After service termination, we may retain records for a reasonable period (typically no more than 30 days; up to 180 days in special cases) for compliance and dispute resolution. Data may be permanently deleted thereafter —we do not guarantee recoverability. Standard erasure procedures are applied when physical nodes are reclaimed, but complete and irreversible deletion is not guaranteed.

Data stored on the rented Mac hardware (node data) is your sole responsibility to back up. zekmac provides no backup or recovery guarantees for node data.

We and our partners use necessary cookies (maintaining login state), functional cookies (remembering preferences), and analytics cookies (understanding service usage) for session management, traffic analysis, advertising, and fraud prevention. Disabling cookies may impair certain features; users bear any resulting losses.

We protect your data using TLS 1.3 encryption, access controls, and industry-standard security practices. However,internet transmission cannot guarantee absolute security, and zekmac bears no liability for data breaches, losses, or damage caused by hacking, system vulnerabilities, internal errors, third-party actions, or force majeure.You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure; losses arising from credential compromise are your own responsibility.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of certain information — except information related to outstanding invoices, dispute resolution, or compliance retention. zekmac retains final discretion over request outcomes and may charge reasonable fees or decline repetitive or out-of-scope requests.

This Service is intended for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect information from minors; if discovered, we will delete it promptly and bear no resulting liability. If we discover that a minor has registered without parental consent, we reserve the right to close the account and delete the associated data.

zekmac reserves the right to revise this Policy at any timewithout prior notice or separate consent. Revisions take effect upon publication on this page; continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance. If you disagree, you should stop using the Service and close your account.fees already paid are non-refundable。
